镁离子螯合酶活性调控及其功能

摘 要:

镁离子螯合酶是叶绿素合成关键酶, 对光合自养生物光合作用和生长发育至关重要。本文主要综述镁离子螯合酶的活性调控及其参与的其他代谢途径, 如叶绿体到细胞核反向信号转导、脱落酸信号途径以及糖代谢等通路, 并展望镁离子螯合酶的相关研究前景。

Activity Regulation and Functions of Mg Chelatase

Abstract:

Mg chelatase is the key enzyme of chlorophyll biosynthesis that catalyzes the insertion of Mg2+ into protoporphyrin IX. It is essential for photosynthesis and development of photoautotrophs species. This review focused on the regulation of Mg chelatase acitivity and the role of Mg chelatase in other pathways, such as plastid- to-nucleus retrograde signaling, abscisic acid signaling and sugar catabolism. Moreover, this review also provided prospect for future research in studying Mg chelatase.
